These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chor Sipahi ("we", "us", "our", "the App"), including our Android application and playchorsipahi.com (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country), you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. See our Privacy Policy for details on children's privacy.
You may use the Service by signing in with Google or by playing as a Guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to remove content, mute, kick, or ban players who violate these Terms.
Voice chat is provided for friendly, in-room communication during gameplay. You are solely responsible for what you say over voice chat. Abusive, threatening, or illegal speech is prohibited and may result in removal from a room or a ban from the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how voice chat technically works.
Any display names, chat messages, or quick-chat reactions you submit ("User Content") remain yours, but you grant us a limited license to transmit and display that content to other players in the same room as part of operating the Service. We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
The Service, including its game design, graphics, animations, branding, and underlying software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license to play the game, no rights are granted to you to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including Google Firebase (authentication) and Agora (real-time voice chat). Your use of these embedded services is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party infrastructure outside our control.
The Service is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific features like voice chat or online multiplayer) at any time, with or without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law where you reside.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
